Unable to satisfy order due to delivery problems from 3rd party supplier. I appreciate things are sometimes difficult in this current climate, but don't send emails to say item has been despatched when it clearly hasn't. I requested a refund which was actioned promptly. A review of your suppliers is required, with the emphasis on lead times and delivery schedules.
