Good experience with these guys, as a first time buyer. Ordered on-line, two brake calipers & picked them up from local store next day. However loss of a star due to two things.. 1/ There was no-where on the web site to state the refund due for return of the exchange parts. Thus difficult to compare actual cost of parts. In the end the overall cost for the replacement calipers was good. 2/ The fitting kit was in one of the boxes but not in the other. On contacting the on-line help desk I was informed that the fitting kit isn't included with the calipers & that they don't sell them either - really helpful....
