After placing my order, I awaited for confirmation of dispatch, after two days and still nothing I emailed and ask if someone could look into my order. I received a reply only stating it would be dispatched that day and Delivery was for the following day, which I had not requested so it was obvious it had been mislaid.. this is only the second time I have used GSF, the first time was a store collection but there was no stock even though they where reserved for collecting, and I had to go back 2 days later to collect. And I was offered a 10% managers discount which I never took and don't intend too. So would You use GSF....
