shopped online, went through to payment part and input card info but then it took me back to an empty shopping basket without any confirmation of payment being taken and no email sent confirming purchase. assumed it hadn't gone through so went to store and brought from there instead. the original order then arrived in the post despite not being confirmed. easy returns policy though.
