Why is that when you check a store for stock of an item online then do 'click & collect' for that store when you get there it doesn't have it in stock, what's that all about?
Why are there inaccuracies with your computer system that allow this, making me do a 30 mile journey to Banbury for nothing? I must say, I wasn't happy.
