We have lost few thousand pound because of m, not ordering online and trusting the local branch and ordering over the phone even though we have got a business account. So I have calculated last few months I have lost a few thousand pound. Really poor service by the Head Office. I have asked why I’ve been charged extra money per order,
they said because we deliver to you. they overcharge me and give me free delivery which is not right.
