First time I've felt the need to leave a 1 star, and here's why:
Ordered some parts for my car, and have an Account with GSF, so simply selected my vehicle from the "My Garage" area on the GSF website.
This showed confirmation that the part shown in results are compatible and fit my car.
Parts arrived and the part number matched what was shown on website, however are NOT compatible (same part number, however for completely different car!!!)
As per GSF's instructions for return, went into local GSF branch.
After some 20 minutes waiting to be served (only one person in front, with 3/4 other Staff visible in area behind counter, very busy talking loudly and swearing amongst themseves), I was finally able to return parts, and the member of Staff was very dismissive to the point of implying it was somehow my fault that their own website is known to be wrong with showing parts that fit when in fact they don't!?!)
Very poor service all around and they need to sort this out!
