I have a 2006 Ford ranger EO06 HLY that I use to buy parts for all the time, but now your website says you no longer have parts for it, but when I picked up the parts for my other car the man said you do have all the parts I need but that I would not get my discount on it because I don’t order them on the website plus I didn’t get my free 5l of screen wash as promised on your website page so I’m not impressed with my experience.
Can you explain why I can’t order them online but I can get them in store.
