Pleased with parts when I eventually got them. As you enter the premises there is a bell on the counter to press to get attention. I pressed the bell and waited and waited, eventually a person walked passed the counter and continued to walk on into another part of the warehouse without eye contact or anything. I then pressed the bell a second time, another person then walked in and continued on his way. At this point I spoke up and asked if anyone was serving the customers or are we invisible. He then turned about and said someone would be with me shortly. Eventually a third person arrived and politely said sorry about the wait. This third person looked obviously embarrassed when I said out of the 3 persons seen he was the first to make eye contact and speak, I told him the customer service is abysmal. 3 stars are for the parts/price,for the staff ignorance I would give 3 stars to the third guy as he did try, for the other 2 zero stars you are in the wrong job!!
