I had to wait an inordinate amount of time before I was seen. There were three of us waiting to be served. The first customer took so long to be sorted that the person in front of me decided he’d had enough and left the shop. All the time there were 2 other individuals in the office but no one came out to help serve. Eventually when I was served I mentioned to the lady serving me that she’d lost a customer but she looked vagued and didn’t say a word. Then she proceeded to match up a lot of receipts which were on the counter but I interrupted and told her I needed to be served and that could wait for later (I was the last customer in the shop). After serving me she said they were going into a new system!!! so I said they needed to!!! Something needs to be done about the way customers are dealt with if not you will certainly lose customers. Incidentally the man who left the shop told me it’s always like that and I’ve often seen large crowds queued up outside the shop. I for one will not be going back unless there is absolutely no alternative!!!
