Where to start... So I ordered a starter motor on 24/09/2025 and paid £5.99 for next day delivery. The order was cancelled a few days later with no explanation or email to notify me. I then ordered another part as I thought it might be out of stock so went with another brand (again paid £5.99 ndd). I rang the day after to explain that I hadnt had a dispatch email and they said there was an issue on their system and checked if the item was in stock which it was then said she'd manually rebook delivery (said id receive within 2 days) and she said she would refund the delivery fee (never received it). I rang again next day as still no dispatch email and the man said the same thing about he'll rebook delivery and it'll be sent out that day. Rang later again that day to see if been dispatched they said no but it's processed and will be sent out later today. I have woken up today to see the orders been cancelled on my clear pay as i paid through this. Where's the £80+ I already paid as I need to order another part elsewhere as I'm desperate for my car to be fixed as I use it for health reasons. (I'm sure I stated this on the phone but not 100%). I can't cope with this and will be making a formal complaint today. Also Natalie from the online chat asked if I wanted a refund or to rebook the delivery which I replied rebook. It was still cancelled
