​I placed an online order for a full service kit, and their system specifically flagged the fuel filter as requiring mandatory manual verification by staff at the counter to ensure the correct fitment. ​When I arrived for pickup, I asked the counter staff to perform this essential check, and I was met with an incredibly dismissive and indifferent attitude. She flatly refused, stating, "It is very busy today, I can't check it," and simply pushed the unverified part across the counter. ​As a direct result of her poor attitude and refusal to spend thirty seconds doing her job, the fuel filter was, predictably, the wrong one and did not fit my vehicle. This ruined my schedule, caused significant hassle, and wasted my time with an unnecessary return trip. ​The incompetence and complete lack of customer care shown by the staff member especially when they knew the verification was required is why I am giving this experience one star.
