My order was ready from 10am on Monday, I arrived on Friday to collect my order to be told it was cancelled as it was not collected within 3 days, all the correspondence I've received for my order didn't state it must be collected in 3 days, I even got an email at 2am on the Friday reminding me to collect my order, I had to drive 20 miles to collect my order, that's 90 minutes of my time wasted and 40 miles of fuel used, I will not be using this company in the future
