Battery arrived 3 days late and leaking (should have been 'next day' as ordered before 4pm). Complaints team were initially helpful after 1 day delay and refunded £10, but after delivery (late), accepted fault return but would not collect (due to leak) and insisted that I had to take it back to the local GSF shop locally which was not easy for me. I then had to pay for a new battery direct with the shop. Very disappointing.
