The click and collect isn't working at the Heathrow branch (Feltham).
On each and every occasion I've ordered, taken the print out and arrived I've had to wait like everyone else and then they go and pick the parts. The next effect of pre-ordering is just wasting that time, as it doesn't even mean the parts are actually in stock.
My advice is just turn up, queue and order, like everyone else.
