I ordered some brake pads on the click & collect option. I had an email straight away saying to collect on Tuesday. So far so good.
On Monday morning I had an email telling me to collect my item and that it would only be held for 24 hrs. So I went to the store and they said it wasn't in stock until the Tuesday (as per the original email). So I had to make another trip on Tuesday to collect. Shortly after collecting my item I was sent another email saying that as I had not collected my item in time it was now being returned to the stores !!
So parts / service in store was all great.
However - Confusing / conflicting emails were not and cost me money/time and inconvenience in making a wasted trip.
