The item ordered did not arrive at all.
Another one was sent a week later which arrived safely in 2 days via normal 2nd class post. My postman did not recall attempting a similar delivery a week earlier?
There is no tel number on either the order ack or shipment advice emails - simply states "or call us at Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm"?
Would suggest adding one!
