I feel been treated as an individual not as number, but still improvement to do because some of the members still not have the winning mentality thinking that the customers are just a number. In my opinion GSF at moment are the best compare to the others but all depend from the people that work at GSF, been the best doesn't mean your are the best but compare to the others it is ok. Been the best mean that every particular need to be taken in consideration and this will bring GFS at the top, I have a lot experience in automotive sector and personally I try to work at GFS but not reply from them and this make me think regarding improvement at GSF. The potential is massive but you need people.
