Two things. One I wished to order a set of mats using a discount code and the site wouldn't let me, despite explicitly being sent an 'Abandoned Cart' discount of 20% for that same product (again, the discount code wouldn't work).
Also, I am still to receive the final consignment of an order made a week ago because GSFs chosen shipper, Parcelforce had misplaced one parcel and then expected me to collect it from a sorting office rather than deliver it as they were contracted to do.
