I've been confused by the website it would seem. I ordered break-pads online on Thursday night (outside normal business hours) for, what I thought was next day delivery from the Totton (Southampton) branch so that I could fit them over the weekend. On closer inspection it seems that the parts may be being dispatched from Birmingham. Had I realised I could have picked them up from Totton which is where I thought I was ordering from. It's Monday morning now and I await delivery - so not the best purchasing experience I've ever had. Maybe some thought could be given to improving the clarity of the process?
