Ordered a inner track rod end after staff looked up VIN as three different types and garage removed old one and went to fit new one and this was wrong part. I asked if another could be sent out to garage we was at as car was in pieces and they said 10 - 15 minutes. I thought excellent customer service and was only about 2 miles away. My mechanic also ordered all 3 inner track rods aswell from his supplier at the same time. The parts he ordered came in 20 minutes and were fitted. After an hour and a half still no show from GSF. I drive back to them and obtained refund for my one I purchased from GSF. Staff apologised.
