As a 1st time online user with GSF I was well pleased with an entitlement to a 30% discount, (worth £50+ to me).
I order the item for collection in-store the next working day. The transaction was late, near trading end and I knew that I had missed a 'next day' collection opportunity. In this case next working day might have been Monday, but drifted to Tuesday. No problem for me. I intend to collect on the Tuesday. Later on the Monday I get an email stating that I have failed to collect said item; however this is ok and will be held until Tuesday. I collect on said Tuesday, but wonder about GSF emailing Bots and their time settings. Product is fine and working. Well pleased, ne Ebay stress. This missive is comment, not a complaint.
