visited shop no one on the counter them someone appeared and said wait a minute he then made another phone call whilst I waited(could he not have served me first then made his phone call?).
Ordered item on the Monday and got a message to say it would be ready on Wednesday morning after 09:00 at 09:15 on Wednesday got a message to say "we have noticed that you haven't collected you item yet" give me a change it had only been available for 15 mins?
