Well, I ordered a part on line, gained 7% off, and went and picked it up at a branch, but getting back and removing faulty part, I discovered that I had the wrong part! So, I went back to the branch with both parts and the counter staff were pleased 1) to replace with the right part and 2) point out how essential counter staff were! They also ensured that I still got my 7% discount on the part. All in all, I was pleased because I am finding it difficult to get discount parts for my car which is now just out of manufacturer's warranty. Thank you very much.
