Online shop shows products available and takes the order but when I drive three miles to my local shop I have found recently on two occas
sions the items are out of stock ! What is the whole point of reserving them if the system does not work.I believe the problem is gsf in chadwell heath no longer make up the orders on the shelf when reserved, instead they simply leave the paper orders in a pile and only search for the stock when you visit leaving a timeframe for the shop to sell to others. Very frustrating and off putting
