The staff at the swindon branch need training on how to provide proper customer service.
I have walked into the shop a few time recently and the service to customers is terrible.
I have been left waiting for upto five minutes while staff have just sat in the office or have just walked by and not even acknowledged me being there, I called into the store last Saturday and It would seem like the person who servered me was hung over and looked half asleep. I mentioned this to my son and told him I would have gone to eurocarparts if I hadn't have ordered the parts online and have got such a good discount, you need to send a few people into that store undercover
