Website has very poor layout. No option on website to switch to UK currency if searching from a non UK service provider!!
Staff smoking outside office creates a negative atmosphere
Staff more interested in personal conversation at help/collection point desk than serving customers
Waiting to collect part over an hour, not good as compared to your competitors
Only good thing GSF had the part I needed.
