I ordered the parts (three windscreen wipers) online with the advertised 56% discount on Saturday morning for correction at Peterborough. Two of then were not in stock. The confirmation email said they would be ready to collect from Wednesday. I thought this was a bit long but was not in a hurry so willing to wait. I went to collect them Wednesday afternoon and was told that I could not have them at the discounted 56% off price as the order had been cancelled by the manager despite showing the confirmation email. I argued it wasn't my fault the manager had cancelled and eventually they got the price down although still paid more than the price I ordered them at. A very poor and unsatisfactory experience. I would love to meet the manager!
