Order was cancelled as payment didn't go through. This is of course ok, but no email was sent to notify me. This is not ok. Only when I phoned up to see when I would receive the oil was I told the payment had been reclined. New order placed with alternative payment through PayPal was received without any glitches. I do think that overnight delivery should have been offered without additional charges. Attention should be brought to communication to the buyer.
