The team at GSF Doncaster are really friendly and helpful. I love getting the X% off emails, they really do help with costs. But on my most recent purchase I found that I ordered the wrong fuel filter (the one on my car doesn’t have the water sensor on it and I ordered the one with the water sensor by mistake!!) even though I put my registration number in online as (unknown to me) it comes up with all different types/models of fuel filter. So would it not be better if the online service was made in such a way that when you do put in your registration number the system came up with all the parts that are specific for that vehicle?
