well, i ordered a number of items for 'click & collect' but when i got to the store my stuff wasn't ready for collection. In fact, the chap behind the counter had to go off and pick my order. I thought it would be a 5 min thing, but was standing around for the best part of half an hour. I had paid for the order before he went looking but had to have a refund for the main item i wanted because despite it being listed as 'in stock'. It was a can of paint: when i asked the assistant if there were any other colours available he was very dismissive and un-helpful.
Anyway, i took the rest of my order and went home. Looked on the website again to see that the paint was still 'in stock'. So i 'click & collect' again, this time for all the colours listed.
I rang the store next morning to see if they could check if the items were actually in stock and i was told that despite it showing there were 15, there was none....!!
so 1, not exactly a 'click & collect' service - i gained absolutely nothing over standing in the queue and ordering at the counter
2 no stock when showing in stock
3 poor service overall
4 the other items were good though and at a great price
