As I was collecting the item, the gentleman who served me was constantly on his phone, advising someone how to use a washing machine.
I also work in retail, and I would never dream of being on the phone while serving a customer, unless it was for their benefit.
The product is fine, as is the online ordering service. Very let down over staff attitude in store.
