Usually is good. When last visited had to wait longer in store to get order, colleague spent at least 5 minutes to find everything (I guess parts wasn't prepare to collection). In total I've spent nearly 10minutes to collect order, from open to close door. Anyway I'm still satisfied with Bedford team, friendly and helpfully, thanks :)
