First attempt of purchase never went through, (online processing issue) second attempt worked....was not next day deliver like it said, had to wait for 3-4 days for delivery. Also tried to contact the online chat customer service with a query about the product ordered....had to wait for 20 mins to be helped then was cut off.....waited for another 15 mins, when I finally got to chat with someone they were most unhelpful, one word answers and then because they did not sell what I wanted just ended the conversation with no notice....bloody rude!! I feel I may stick to going in to the shops for parts because to be honest my online experience of German, Swedish and French is crap!!!
