I am very happy with the quality and price of parts I bought from GSF. The online ordering process was straightforward and when I called with a query the operator was very helpful. However, I was completely disatisfied with the Parcelforce delivery service, which ruined the experience. Parcelforce took my parcel out for delivery on 3 consecutive days with no attempt made to deliver (end of route, driver ran out of hours). In the end I had to incur a circa 20 mile round trip to collect from their depot myself as I was desperate for the parts. GSF’s primary competitor uses DHL, who’s service is impeccable and this would drive me to use them more in future.
