The experience was 95% straightforward and pleasing.
Good website, easy to navigate and understand.
Good ordering system for delivery or collection.
And also very good communication (friendliness and helpfulness) with the team at Cardiff Bessemer Road having telephoned for advice regarding collection of ordered parts.
My negative impressions are centred on the bad language used by the some of the staff whilst they are in the stock room behind the shopfront area. They may use any language they like in private but they should also remember that:
1) sound travels and they should not risk been overheard in the public areas
2) the customer is to be respected and that some of their customers may be unfamiliar or unimpressed by the use of such language and
3) in the retail trade where you are trying to build customer loyalty and ensure repeat business, you should not offend the customer.
4) manners and politeness are crucial.
That said, GSF are great and I would use again.
