I've used GSF quite often and have never had a problem, however the last couple of times I've not been so fortunate. I ordered something a couple of weeks ago on click and collect, however when I went to pick it it up I was told that their stock level was showing in stock however they didn't have any in stick and they would order it in for me to collect in a couple if days time. More recently I ordered 2 of the same item, when i went to pick it up, they had only 1 in stock, which has also been swapped for a cheaper named product and not the branded name item of the picture shown on the website when ordering. Hopefully only a temporary glitch in GSF system..
