As always, I was checking around the usual sites for parts for my vehicle. Checked online for stock and you had in, I asked your webchat if they were correct, your webchat advised me of a different part required, which u had in stock at Letchworth.
I sent my son over to collect them, as the vehicle was up in the air.
On arrival, your staff member said he cannot have them at the online price. ??? or anything near it. Your staff member found this highly amusing. Having my son laughed at by your staff doesn't make me rush out to buy further parts from gsf.
So my son, knowing my vehicle had to book the parts again in his own name, went back into the branch, where your staff member said, he had to wait for GSF to authorise the transaction from somewhere else, ??? and this could take at least another 30 mins, with a big grin on his face, My son then went away AGAIN, I would of not bothered as I have very little patience for people of this nature.
Amazingly my son went back into your branch after the 30 mins to collect the parts, where upon your staff members were all highly amused that there were now 2 orders for my parts.
So maybe GSF should invest in a live system, or a PHONE to call for authorisation, so customers make single trips for parts and your reviews will be better.
