It's good but........
Can't fault the staff product knowledge, that is right on point, but it's not my fault that head office sends out emails to customers to get 60% off their order.
Take it up with them don't make me feel awkward because I took advantage of it.
Likewise I don't think it is appropriate that you discuss openly how much a particular customer has spent with you and the little profit your branch made.
Because the knowledge is so good I tend to overlook the general state of the customer area.
The same oil stain has been on that floor tile for as long as I can remember.
Again I can put up with it when I am getting these price deals, if I wasn't I may think twice.
