The website is easy to navigate, and ordering stuff is easy. I made a reservation which I collected from my local store the following day.
I entered my car's registration number in to find the brake pad set needed, but it turned out to be the wrong one for my car. The store accepted it back and issued a full refund with no questions. The brake cleaner I bought as well is excellent.
