I placed my order with click and collect, when I visited the store my orders were not there. The store were helpful in the fact that they managed to get most of the items of the shelf. Some of the products I had ordered were replaced with sub standard versions. But both the 5 ltr oils were not there and had no alternatives, they contacted click and collect who said they would send out the oil direct to my home of which I received one correct and the other they only sent a 1 ltr bottle. Although these were sent out as a good will gesture it was then over a day later and after contacting them daily to ask for this to be addressed I got the run around on the click and collect service who were rude and unhelpful with empty promises that they would ring back. This meant that one of the cars was in the garage for longer than planned, resulting in me going to EURO parts for the oil.
