Pretty variable... until recently I would generally say decent parts offered at very good prices (provided you get the weekend discounted email offers). My last purchase however was frankly very poor; the pollen filter I ordered from stock was not there when I arrive to collect so I was given an alternative that was 'higher spec' according to staff. It was actually a lower spec non-carbon type that was 2/3 the price which annoyingly I didn't notice until I got home. No apology when I went back to get that rectified. The timing belt kit I collected at the same time was also wrong. Half the parts of the kit were correct (front belt on a Discovery 4) but the rear belt was wrong and was for a Disco 3. Having fitted the front belt parts already it was too late to return the whole kit. Unfortunately that's not something you can reasonably check for that particular installation before removing the parts. In the end it still worked out ok on price buying the correct rear belt elsewhere. Not GSFs finest day though.
