I used the click & collect service paying on arrival which I had no problem with, items ready for collection when I arrived. What I did have a problem with was that I forgot to add and item originally on my order, I then asked if I could add it to the order, and was immediately told I would not receive the same discount as my online order. Why..!
Did I need to make another order on my phone and hang around for it?
Since then I’ve been bombarded with emails offering me 60% off everything. Either you do want my custom or you don’t.
