I recently placed an online order whereby i forgot to use the discount code, as i couldn't see where to delete the order i re-ordered using the code and would inform them on collection of the second order what i had done. I was told on explaining the order not required that it was a normal incident and that he would delete it off their system, i did however receive an email the following day stating that i had not picked up my order, so sent an email stating i had and the one mentioned should have been deleted at source. An excellent method of shopping for car parts at very good discounts.
