Bought a new master cylinder from GSF but surprised that at over £100 it did not come with a bench bleed kit. Asked staff in store if they had a bench bleed kit to buy but all they had was standard brake bleed kits. When fitting a new master cylinder it is essential to bleed on the bench before fitting to the vehicle to remove as much air as possible and avoid difficult bleeding on the vehicle. A bench kit comprises of 2 plastic fittings and 2 short lengths of hose, probably costing under £1, yet they were not included in the GSF product and not available to purchase separately, making installation difficult. Disappointed that GSF do not have the purchasing power and attention to detail to pressurise manufacturers to include this convenience at virtually no extra cost.
