Have used them quite a bit over the past 15 years Not that impressed with the 'online phone help line' 01216267971. Phoned them to ask for a replacement gasket on failure of one I had just purchased (order number 100519485). I spoke to a guy (didn't get his name) who was less than helpful, almost to the point of being rude. Eventually agreed to sending a replacement gasket (reluctantly) and received it in good time - shame. That was quite damaging to the reputation of the company.
