Prices are not always the cheapest.
Though a trade customer, I find I get a better deal using 'click and collect' with the available discount codes.
It's not good for my customer relationship when the customer tells me he could have got the parts cheaper on the internet.
It would be better if I could be assured of the best deal when in store.
