Helpful staff at Manchester branch took back incorrectly ordered parts to return, and sorted me out with correct replacements, accepting the discount code my online order hadn’t registered. Bit of a delay as the discs ordered were not in the shelf even though showing in the system, but made alternative available with a token gesture of goodwill.
I’ve used GSF in the past and will continue to do so.
