Unnaceptable online ordering!
Ordered front discs online for "click and collect". E mail confirmed that parts would be available for collection within the hour.
Drove 13 miled to Norwich branch to collect to be informed that the ordered items weren't in fact in stock.
Bramch staff resolved the unacceptable situation by providing better parts at no additional cost.
It is not acceptable to expeeience this situation - it's the second
time it has happened.
