Let me start by saying, I've never had an issue when collecting my products, staff have always been lovely and very helpful.
On my latest order, I couldn't get to a store in a reasonable timeframe, so logically I chose delivery. I ordered my products on Friday 2nd November. By the 7th I wondered where my products were, so I got I'm contact with the chat support. After being disconnected multiple times and talking to three different people, i was told that my package has been delivered and signed for, by me on the 5th. I let them know that I have cctv watching the door, and I was in the entire day on the 5th. They told me to sit tight and they'd get back to me. I'm currently writing this on the 12th of November and haven't heard anything. Considering my previous good encounters, I'm pretty disappointed if I'm honest. Please drop Parcelforce GSF, too many packages and up with this fate! Oh and sort your support out, I'm still here with the message to wait...
